Featured invited talk by José Holguín-Veras on “The Role of Technology on Socio-Technical Systems: The Post-Disaster Humanitarian Relief Case” added to the program!

Professor Holguín-Veras is the Director of the Volvo Research and Educational Foundations Center of Excellence for Sustainable Urban Freight Systems, and the Center for Infrastructure, Transportation, and the Environment at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
